The Resin Square is one of our most popular items at Magenta Flowers. The resin square can hold a large amount of flowers and makes a great resin based alternative to the more traditional shadow box method of framing flowers. The resin square comes in a variety of sizes so feel free to contact and discuss the amount of flowers and size of flowers if you need help ordering.

We can preserve the flowers from wedding bouquets in a stunning resin square shape. Besides from flowers & petals, you can also choose to include any other sentimental items that will help keep alive those memories. Great choices include confetti, ribbon or charms.

Resin Square Sizes:

  • 10CM x 5CM - can hold 2 roses along with some foliage
  • 15CM x 5CM - can hold 5 roses along with some foliage and smaller flowers
  • 20CM x 5CM - can hold 8 roses along with some foliage and smaller flowers
  • 25CM x 5CM - can hold 12 roses along with some foliage and smaller flowers
  • 30CM x 5CM - can hold a small bouquet, roughly 18 roses, and foliage. 
  • 50CM x 8CM - this will hold full flowers or arrangements as per the photo and is a great alternative to a traditional shadow box. 
  • 50CM x 4CM - can hold a standard-sized bouquet, please note flowers will need to be pressed.

What to expect:

As a customer, it is important to know the potential imperfections of handmade products before making a purchase. All of our items are made with resin and can sometimes have small bubbles trapped within them. Although we try our hardest to avoid this, it is not always possible to do so. Similarly, the color of your newly dried flowers may vary slightly from your fresh flowers, this is a natural occurrence during the dying process. Despite these potential imperfections, our handmade products are still of the highest quality and craftsmanship.

What is a resin square?

A resin square is a type of paperweight made from resin in a square mold. Resin is a type of plastic that is often used to make different types of products, jewellery and artwork. Resin squares are known for being durable as well as beautiful. 

Epoxy Resin squares are made by pouring resin into a mold, and then letting it harden. The mold can be made from any material that can withstand the heat of the resin, such as silicone, metal, or glass. Once the resin has hardened, the resin flower square can be removed from the mold and polished.

No, unfortunately due to your beliefs we do not make any resin squares with ashes. You may be able to find this on Etsy however.

Do you offer resin squares with crystals?

Resin Square Ideas

Our favourite resin square idea is to make resin squares with flowers from sentimental occasions trapped within. The flowers themselves can be extremely colourful and beautiful, coupled with the sentimental value they hold it is hard to beat. Other great ideas for epoxy resin squares include adding charms within, glitter, alcohol inks or even colourful geode rocks.
